News : FCA publishes their fifth MiFID consultation paper

The FCA has published its fifth consultation paper (CP17/8), which sets out the proposed approach for non-discretionary changes linked to MiFID II to the parts of the Handbook dealing with penalties and enforcement; guidance on the use of third parties by trading venues and investment firms sending them financial instrument reference data and commodity derivative position reports; and, revisions to the conduct rules for the non-MiFID business of Occupational Pension Scheme (OPS) firms.  Comments on this consultation paper by 12 May 2017 for chapters 3 and 4 and 23 June 2017 for chapter 2 (OPS firms).
